Bifyo is site selection software that reads any address the way an analyst would - demand, competitors, real local rent and prices - and tells you, in one feasibility report, whether a business can work there.
Ordinary maps show you what already exists. We model what is missing - and what the area can support.
Tell us your budget and your capacity - seats, rooms, chairs, bays, whatever your category actually runs on - and Bifyo AI model reasons out a real, seasonal month-by-month customer and revenue forecast for that exact plan.
Home prices, home rents and retail rents per m² from current listings around the address - plus what residents likely earn, read from what housing there costs. Outside the US, that income figure drives the whole report.
Real demand compared against real nearby supply, down to a specific radius - surfacing exactly where a category is under-served.
Every nearby competitor's real reviews, mined for recurring complaints and recurring strengths - not just a star rating.
Category-specific cost structure and ticket size, three revenue scenarios, real market rent from nearby listings and an estimated break-even month.
One blended score across location demand, financial health, stress-tested resilience and real competitive edge - every weight shown, and adjustable to your own priorities.
Put several candidate locations side by side on the same scoring frame, weighted by the priorities you actually care about.
Tell Bifyo your investment budget and your capacity - seats, rooms, chairs, bays, whatever your category actually runs on - and it reasons out a real, seasonal customer and revenue forecast for that exact plan, built on scientifically analyzed local demographic, competitor and seasonality data, not a generic category number.
Once you've entered a plan, every other number on the report - revenue scenarios, rent as a share of revenue, break-even month - switches to match it. Nothing on the page contradicts anything else.
130 categories, each with its own demand and competition model.
Areas with strong demand and low specialty-coffee density.
Dining gaps by cuisine, price band and evening footfall.
Morning traffic corridors with thin bakery coverage.
Patients per practice and insurance coverage.
Membership capacity versus resident population.
Capacity versus population within 10 minutes.
Agency saturation against local ad spend.
Evening footfall and venue scarcity.
The score is a weighted composite for the category you selected in the radius you chose. Every component is published alongside it, so you can see exactly why an area scores the way it does.
A blend of four components, every weight published - so "feasible" means something you can defend to an investor, not a vibe.
AI reads every nearby competitor's real Google reviews and surfaces the complaints and praise that repeat - the gaps you could actually win on.
Not generic advice - a Bifyo AI model-written Strengths / Weaknesses / Opportunities / Threats built from this location's real demand, competition and financials.

Buy 50 reportsBifyo is location intelligence software for business site selection. Enter an address and a business category (a café, dental clinic, gym and 130+ others) and Bifyo scores that exact location for demand, competition, growth and accessibility, then adds a Feasibility Score, real local rent and a 12-month revenue projection built from your own budget and capacity. Every figure is labelled either REAL, with its source, or as a Bifyo AI model estimate.
A single full report is $49, paid once. Packs bring the price per report down: 5 for $199, 20 for $690, 50 for $1,490. There is no subscription, every pack includes every feature, and credits are valid 12 months. A complete sample report is free to view before you buy.
U.S. Census Bureau (American Community Survey demographics and the Gazetteer), Google Places (competitors, anchors and their reviews), Google Street View (frontage and visibility), OpenStreetMap (storefronts, transit, vacancy), the FEMA National Risk Index (natural hazards) and live web research of current property and rent listings and local prices. Competitor and listing data are fetched when you run the report; Census figures use the latest released survey year.
A weighted composite of demand, competition, growth, accessibility, market saturation and market fit for the selected category. Every component is shown with its own value, and you can re-weight them to your own priorities.
Every country. Search any street or address on Earth and Bifyo geocodes it and runs the full scoring model, backed by live competitor data everywhere. Verified government demographic and hazard data - the REAL badge - is available today for the United States at census-tract (neighborhood) level; every other country uses the same scoring engine with Bifyo AI model estimates standing in for that one layer, always labeled as estimated, never shown as REAL. There, resident income is read from local home prices and rents (Real Estate Intelligence), which is usually far more local than a national average.
Real Estate Intelligence reads current homes-for-sale, homes-for-rent and retail listings around the address on the property portals used in that country, and reports typical prices and rents per m², the typical home's price and rent, how the area compares with the city average and the last 12 months' price change. From those housing costs it derives what households living there likely earn, two ways: the typical home price divided by the local price-to-income ratio, and the typical annual rent divided by the share of income households there spend on rent. Every step is shown. Where no official income statistics exist (for example Turkey), that housing-based income is the figure the report's calculations use; in the US the Census figure is used and the housing-based one is shown beside it for comparison. Listing prices are asking prices, so treat it as a market read, not a valuation.
Yes. Every report exports as a print-ready PDF and has a share link that opens without signing in. Each figure is labelled REAL with its source or as an estimate, and the math behind the projections is shown, so a reader can check it rather than take it on trust.
No. The score measures the location's market conditions, not your operation. We show the components so you can judge which ones you can influence.
No. Bifyo is sold as one-time report packs - nothing renews and nothing is charged again. Unused credits stay in your account for 12 months. Payments are not refunded once you have used a credit from a pack; the Payment Policy lists the exceptions.
