Payment Policy

1. Summary

• One-time report packs, no subscription: 1 report $49, 5 reports $199, 20 reports $690, 50 reports $1,490. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
• Every pack includes every feature. Only the number of reports and the price per report differ.
• One credit = one full report (one address, one business category, one radius).
• Credits are valid 12 months from purchase.
• No refunds once you have used a credit from a pack, except as described below. A pack with no credits used can be refunded within 7 days.

2. Report packs

Bifyo is sold per report. You can buy a single report or a pack of several reports; each purchase is a single one-time payment charged by Stripe at checkout. Current packs: 1 report $49, 5 reports $199, 20 reports $690, 50 reports $1,490.

Every pack unlocks the full product for your account - full feasibility reports, real local rent and price research, real estate intelligence, competitor gaps, SWOT and PESTLE, PDF export and share links, Compare, alerts and custom score weights - as listed on the Pricing page. You can buy another pack at any time.

3. Using credits

Each report you run in Market Analyzer uses one credit, taken from the pack that expires soonest. A credit is used the moment the report is generated; running the same address again with a different category or radius is a new report and uses another credit. Reports you generate stay in your account after your credits are used or expired.

If a report can't be generated because of a technical problem on our side, the credit is returned to your account automatically.

4. Credit validity

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after that and are not refunded. Your Billing page shows how many credits you have and when each pack expires.

5. Refunds

Because each report is generated for you on demand - using paid data sources and AI research the moment you run it - a pack is non-refundable once you have used a credit from it, and unused credits in a partly used pack are not refunded.

Exceptions, where we refund or restore your credit:

• You haven't used any credit from a pack - contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of that pack.
• A report couldn't be generated because of a technical problem on our side - the credit is returned automatically.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• Where a refund is required by applicable law.

A refunded pack's remaining credits are removed. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually take 5-10 business days to appear.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in a country that gives a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases (for example the EU, the UK or Turkey), that right does not apply once a digital service has been provided with your prior express consent. At checkout you ask for the service to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for a pack once you have generated a report from it. Until then, you can cancel the purchase as described under Refunds.

7. Earlier subscriptions

Monthly Pro and Business plans are no longer sold. If you still have one from before, it continues on the terms you accepted: it renews until you cancel it from Billing, and cancelling stops the next renewal while you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments already charged for a subscription period are not refunded.

8. Disputes

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first - we answer within one business day and will fix genuine mistakes faster than a bank dispute can.

9. Prices & taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add currency-conversion fees. Prices shown may exclude taxes that apply in your location; any applicable tax is shown on the Stripe payment page before you pay. We may change pack prices for future purchases; credits you have already bought are not affected.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version you accepted at checkout applies to that purchase; changes apply to later purchases.
